Countryside Wedding in Brescia: Giulia and Gabriele

Some couples don't need many words to tell their story. Giulia and Gabriele tell theirs with a smile, a laugh, a gesture. And that gesture fingers raised in a rock sign while he waited for her at the altar said it all: these two are authentic, complicit, and have absolutely no intention of taking themselves too seriously in the best possible way.

Their wedding in Brescia took place at Le Colombaie, a venue nestled in the countryside of Capriano del Colle, surrounded by greenery and nature. A villa with a pool, far from the noise of the city, where every detail breathed freedom and lightness. The kind of place where you instantly feel at home or at least wish you did.

The ceremony

The civil ceremony took place directly on-site, outdoors, with the trees and sky as a backdrop. Gabriele waited for Giulia with that sweet tension you never quite know how to handle until he dissolved it all with a rock gesture, spontaneous and perfectly his own. A moment that brought smiles to everyone, and that tells you more about who they are together than any speech ever could.

The ceremony closed with the couple's kiss. And it was right in that moment that the guests lit the red smoke flares. An intense, enveloping red that spread around Giulia and Gabriele as the crowd cheered. Not a carefully planned effect, but a collective and heartfelt gesture, one that gave this Brescia wedding an atmosphere suspended between celebration and pure emotion.

The Reception

In the afternoon we explored the entire venue for the couple's portraits. The surrounding greenery was lush and perfect: we wandered among the plants, along the edges of the pool, through the light filtering between the trees. Giulia and Gabriele never stopped laughing. Their chemistry was so natural that all I had to do was be there and wait for the right moment.

At some point, Giulia spotted some children and couldn't help herself: still in her wedding dress, she joined them for a game of volleyball. Wide smile, no concern for the gown. One of those images you can't stage, that just happen on their own and end up among the favourites of the day.

The evening closed with a live band. Music took over as it rightfully should for a couple with music in their blood and the dance floor never emptied.

Photographing this Brescia wedding was easy, in the best sense of the word: when the couple is this radiant, this genuine, the photographs take care of themselves. Giulia and Gabriele gave me a day full of energy, colour and moments I won't forget.

Wedding in Lonato del Garda

Some stories are born in simplicity, in the land, in the smiles of a few — but genuine — people. Irene and Valerio’s wedding in Lonato del Garda was exactly that: authentic, rustic, and unpretentious. A day that truly reflected who they are, surrounded by nature and accompanied only by the people who matter most.

We are in the Lombardy countryside, just outside the center of Lonato, where time seems to slow down and the noise of the city gives way to the rustling of the wind through the fields. Irene and Valerio chose this place to say “I do” — a rural, informal setting full of character. A countryside wedding with a strong identity, where every detail spoke about them.

The ceremony

The arrival of the bride and groom was one of the most surprising moments of the day: Irene and Valerio showed up on a decorated tractor, greeted by the laughter and applause of their guests. An unusual and spontaneous entrance, perfectly suited to the setting of their celebration.

The ceremony was officiated by a dear friend of theirs, who made the moment even more heartfelt and personal. The little page boys, visibly moved, carried the flowers and rings with great seriousness — and a touch of sweetness that melted everyone’s heart. The ceremony took place outdoors, surrounded by greenery, trees, and the sounds of the countryside. Everything felt intimate, sincere, and genuine.

The Reception

After the ceremony, it was time for togetherness: a few well-set tables, simple and heartfelt decorations, and a relaxed atmosphere that made everyone feel at ease. There were no wild dances, but instead genuine moments shared in good company — long conversations, spontaneous games, sunset toasts, and laughter under the evening sky. A wedding that felt more like a big family lunch, but with a deeply emotional meaning.

Photographing Irene and Valerio was a true pleasure. Every shot told something meaningful — a gesture, a glance, a hug. Nothing was staged, everything was simply real.

Wedding in Franciacorta

There are places that seem made to host love. Vanessa and Francesco’s wedding in Franciacorta was proof of that: a serene, elegant, and authentic day. Franciacorta, with its gentle hills and neat rows of vines, was the perfect backdrop for a day that blended simplicity, emotion, and celebration.

Vanessa and Francesco are a close-knit Italian couple, with a style that is understated yet full of substance. They chose to experience their wedding in Franciacorta with simplicity and authenticity, leaving out anything superfluous and focusing only on what truly matters: love, family, and their closest friends.

The ceremony

The civil ceremony took place in a venue surrounded by greenery, nestled among vineyards and open views of the landscape. From the very beginning, the atmosphere felt relaxed and genuine, with every smile being completely natural. The gestures of the bride and groom said it all: it was a long-awaited, deeply desired day — experienced with calm and awareness.

The Reception

After the ceremony, we moved between the rows of vines for the couple portraits. It didn’t take much — the right light, their connection, and the vineyards of Franciacorta did the rest. Each shot captured a moment of intimacy: a glance, an embrace, a quiet walk through nature.

During the reception, between toasts and laughter, you could feel that sense of familiarity that only genuine relationships create. Then came the real celebration: wild dancing, Italian music, and a contagious energy that swept up everyone — from the youngest to the grandparents. No one held back, turning the dance floor into an explosion of joy.

It was my first time photographing a wedding in Franciacorta, and accompanying Vanessa and Francesco was an experience I’ll carry with me. Each photo became a sincere reflection of a day that felt effortless, yet rich in authenticity and beauty.

If you too envision a wedding that is simple yet meaningful, where every moment truly deserves to be remembered, write to me. Here: I’ll be happy to capture it with the same care.
